Mentor responsibilities

- Profile accuracy: Keep your mentor profile updated, accurately reflecting your skills, experience, and availability to ensure effective matching with mentees.
Engaging with mentees
- Active involvement: Engage actively in mentorship sessions, offering constructive feedback and tailored advice to support the mentee’s development.
- Clear communication: Communicate your mentoring style and expectations clearly, fostering a transparent and productive mentoring relationship.
- Preparedness and punctuality: Arrive prepared for each session, having reviewed any pre-submitted materials or questions. Notify mentees promptly if rescheduling is necessary.
Ethical and respectful conduct
- Respect and inclusion: Treat all mentees with respect, embracing diversity and fostering an inclusive environment. Be patient and understanding, regardless of the mentee’s experience level.
