Mentor responsibilities

  • Commitment to mentees: Recognize the impact of your role as a mentor and the value of your time and expertise in helping mentees grow.
  • Profile accuracy: Keep your mentor profile updated, accurately reflecting your skills, experience, and availability to ensure effective matching with mentees.

Engaging with mentees

  • Active involvement: Engage actively in mentorship sessions, offering constructive feedback and tailored advice to support the mentee’s development.
  • Clear communication: Communicate your mentoring style and expectations clearly, fostering a transparent and productive mentoring relationship.
  • Preparedness and punctuality: Arrive prepared for each session, having reviewed any pre-submitted materials or questions. Notify mentees promptly if rescheduling is necessary.

Ethical and respectful conduct

  • Respect and inclusion: Treat all mentees with respect, embracing diversity and fostering an inclusive environment. Be patient and understanding, regardless of the mentee’s experience level.

Attendance and cancellation policy
